CANCELLATION POLICY

If you cannot attend the seminar for which you are registered, please send a substitute.  Fax information about a substitute to 815-717-9850.  If no one from your organization is able to attend, you will be entitled to a refund according to the following schedule:

If cancelled:
14 days or more before the seminar date:  75% refund
13 days before and through the date of the seminar/no show:  No refund

All cancellations must be in writing and faxed or mailed to Abolt Process Service
